I know how it feels to be out of balance...

Before my healing journey began, I was at a rock bottom moment of my life. I felt HORRIBLE in my skin. I had been battling IBS, hormone imbalance and crippling anxiety for over 10 years. My body was exhausted from being on a constant seesaw, always fluctuating about 10-15 lbs over or underweight. I felt severely disconnected from myself, my body and the world. I knew something was seriously wrong but I didn't know how to fix it. I was so desperate to find a solution to my symptoms but all I could find were quick fixes and temporary relief along the way.

Then I discovered Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the oldest medical system known to mankind.

It focuses on balancing the mind and body through improved digestion, personalized nutrition advice, and holistic healing.


It treats us as one whole system: body, mind and spirit. 


Needless to say, I dove in head first and committed myself wholeheartedly. 


And here I am today, 6 years later…

IBS completely gone.

A deeper connection to myself, others and the world.
